About SWCLA
The Southern Worcester County Landlords Association

Our association is made up of both small and large property owners sharing mutual concerns that affect the rental housing industry, housing in general, and our rights as property owners and taxpayers. Through our monthly meetings and newsletter, we share information, provide services, encouragement, and guidance in order to promote professionalism, sound management practices, healthy housing, and stability in the rental housing business. With our collective voice, and our association with MassLandlords.net, we strive to protect our rights as property owners and taxpayers, and achieve parity of those rights with tenants through political and legislative activities at the local and state levels.
